TRIAL TWO

TRIAL

Once again, the investigations conclude -- though they're more ponderous this time, burdened by the number and knowledge of additional deaths, and the awareness that there's limited means of dealing with them -- and once again the ducks gather everyone at the back of the JojaMart along with Makima's wagon, Adela's quiet, the pile of evidence.

Everyone trundles into the loading bay, which isn't all that much livelier than before, penned in by stacks of shelves and crating; but at least it's functional, overly well-lit and there's tea to while away the time discussing murders and mayhem.

As the loading bay door slides closed, you're left with a wagonful of evidence, a double handful of murders and the knowledge that time is ticking down -- for everyone.

(( OOC: Welcome to trial: the sequel! You'll have 7 hours (until 8 PM EST/5 PM PST) to vote one (1) person guilty of murder. As this is scapegoat style, a correct vote is not necessary. Please remember to vote unless otherwise discussed with the mods, as that is our AC for this game. ))

We can compare the bruises if we need to. Figuring out which weapons were used in each case will help clean up the timelines.

[As if two bodies wasn't bad enough last week!!]

Yeah. I think Enkidu found a knife with some blood on the handle at the store, so it ... might be worth checking.

[ three bodies, and the condition some were in... ]

Hm. I think it's more likely that the knife was used to kill Dongrang. Why smack someone with a knife when you could just stab them? Both Amy and Beelzebub were probably hit with something from the blacksmith, even if it wasn't the same object.
