Once again, the investigations conclude -- though they're more ponderous this time, burdened by the number and knowledge of additional deaths, and the awareness that there's limited means of dealing with them -- and once again the ducks gather everyone at the back of the JojaMart along with Makima's wagon, Adela's quiet, the pile of evidence.

Everyone trundles into the loading bay, which isn't all that much livelier than before, penned in by stacks of shelves and crating; but at least it's functional, overly well-lit and there's tea to while away the time discussing murders and mayhem.

As the loading bay door slides closed, you're left with a wagonful of evidence, a double handful of murders and the knowledge that time is ticking down -- for everyone.

amy's body + jade vine farm

[Healy is not happy to be here and does not look particularly comfortable making a big announcement like this, but it's gotta be done.]

I found Amy at our farm, under a scarecrow in the field with the crops. We made it earlier in the week. The base was all splintered.

She left a note last night, saying she was spending the night with Bibi at Corpse Flower.

[Maybe he should've insisted they stay together last night of all nights... Ugh.]

The field around her was all kinds of messed up... Walter found a wide trail of trampled plants and grass leading to the blacksmith's. Whatever happened, looks like it was pretty violent. No blood in the trail, though. There's that.

As for Amy... Her body is all covered in cuts and bruises. She's got 'em all over, on her palms and chin, everywhere. Way more than usual. She's covered in dirt, too. Got some under her fingernails.

Cause of death looks to be a snapped neck. It's busted enough that her head doesn't move right, but the bones feel pretty intact otherwise. She's got a bruise on the side of her head, up by her ear... She might've been hit with something.

So, like, be careful not to get caught in a right hook, WWX, because Mio jumps when he comes up to her.

gloves don't have their sizes on them like lab coats unfortunately, and on top of that, these gloves look stretched out, with some of the latex thinning as a result. that being said, if he was trying to size them just off eyeballing them, they're in the medium ish range, taking into account their weird state. ]

I agree. In combination with the blue stain you found on his clothing... I think it's likely that's where he was killed.

I'd like to propose that Amy died before Beatrice. The mess leading to the blacksmith was Beatrice fighting with the culprit. She either ran to defend herself, or was trying to get revenge. Her and Amy were very good friends, right?
